My arcane shot has /petattack on it.
What does this mean? I can spam any other ability and I won't automatically get a target. I can spam arcane shot (with /petattack on it) and bam, instant farming.
Huh?
Didn't think it was that hard of a concept:
1. Add /petattack to a main nuke (my case arcane shot).
2. Hit your main nuke without having to target a mob.

If I'm not mistaken
/pet attack
/pet follow
Should allow you to target the nearest mob but not attack it.
/pet attack
/pet follow
/cast (nuke)
Should allow you to target nearest mob and open a can of whoop @$$, but keep you pet at your side
This may not sound like a big deal, but I was wondering if targetting was fixed. But it doesn't work mounted or anything other than arcane shot for me. Why?

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to ask really. But I'll try to help.
/petattack won't work if you're mounted simply because your pet isn't out.
If you're wanting to make your shot spammable so it auto-acquires targets, just add /startattack somewhere into the macro.
Is this what you're wanting to know?
Not asking anything. I haven't been paying attention to this, so I guess /petattack will do the same thing as /startattack
